An appointment in the gym will progress from the clinic setting and incorporate more sport and activity specific movements under more load as appropriate. The goal of these appointments are to prepare you for returning back to your regular life and better. The gym setting has a better capacity to spot deficits under greater loads.


Services offered in this setting include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manual therapy & manipulation as needed

  • Education on your injury, the treatment plan and how to prevent it in the future 

  • Loaded exercises to get you where you need to be

  • Specific analysis of barbell based movement technique
